Mas de Sous-Ville is a 19th-century stone Provençal farmhouse, recently tastefully restored, can accommodate 10 guests in absolute tranquility and an idyllic setting. 

Ground floor:

• Large air-conditioned living room/dining room/open-plan fitted kitchen

• A large air-conditioned bedroom for 3 (one 180x200cm bed and one 90x200cm bed with the option of 3 separate 90x200cm beds)

On the first floor:

• One air-conditioned bedroom (160x200cm bed) with an adjoining bathroom including a toilet and bathtub
• One bedroom with a single 90x200cm bed
• One bedroom for 2 (160x200cm bed with the option of separating the 2 beds into 80x200cm beds)
• One air-conditioned bedroom for 2 (140x200cm bed)
• A bathroom with toilet and shower

All bedrooms offer exceptional views of the Luberon mountain range.

No overlooked views.

Absolutely peaceful. 

Outdoors: 1,300 m² in two gardens, planted with numerous trees (olive trees, fig trees, cypress trees, almond trees, grapevines, etc.)

• A garden overlooking the Luberon and Oppède-le-Vieux, with a furnished terrace under an awning, as well as a large table that can accommodate up to 10 people.
• A garden with a barbecue and furnished terrace, a 9x4.5m swimming pool surrounded by a large wooden deck, and an area with two hammocks in the shade of olive trees. 
• The unheated pool is open from May 15th to September 15th.
• A large garage can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.

Fiberglass internet connection.

There are numerous hiking and biking trails nearby, and recent guides on the subject are available in the house. It is located near the Calavon cycle route (45 km without cars).

The surrounding countryside is hilly and planted with the vineyards of the six Oppède wine estates.

Numerous books (art, cookery, and paperback) and games (chess, backgammon, board games) are available.

This house is our home; we have furnished and decorated it with care and care for the furniture and objects within.

It welcomes everyone from 8 years old. It is not suitable for groups wishing to host parties (e.g., stag parties).

Miscellaneous:

The rate includes cleaning fees as well as sheets, bath towels, and pool towels. If you wish, we can arrange for a mid-stay housekeeper (at an additional cost).

A €1,500 deposit is required at the time of booking and returned by bank transfer upon return of the keys at the end of the rental period, via the "immediate transfer" banking feature, which can be verified in real time.
